Welcome to Phillips Manor Nursing Home

Proudly serving families on the North Shore for over 60 years. Turn to our family when your family member needs care, comfort and compassion.

Our Story

Phillips Manor is a 22-bed Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, located in a residential neighborhood, in Lynn. Phillips Manor has been providing care to local residents for over 60 years. Katherine A. Allen, a Lynn nurse, first applied for a license to operate a nursing home at this address in 1952. Since that time, the facility has maintained a reputation in Lynn and surrounding communities for excellent nursing care, offered in a home-like setting. We are unique, in that we are independently owned, and not affiliated with any corporate chain.

Currently owned and operated by Administrator, Richard M. Augeri and his family, Phillips Manor offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, long-term care and short-term rehab, custodial and residential care, and short-term respite care. Accommodations include private, semi-private, and multi-bed rooms. Home-style meals are prepared in our kitchen, with strict adherence to therapeutic diets. Personal clothing and house linens are laundered on-site, allowing for attention to each resident’s preferences and requests. Activities are scheduled daily, ensuring that residents’ social, recreational and spiritual needs are met. Available on-site services include eye, dental and podiatry care, pharmacy consultation, 24-hour pharmacy, radiology and laboratory services, mental health evaluation and service, Hospice care, and regularly scheduled physician’s visits. We provide quality professional care, in a caring and compassionate manner.

For more information about Phillips Manor, or to arrange a facility tour, please contact us by telephone or e-mail. Our Administrator, Director of Nursing or Social Worker would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
