Letter from The Administrator
Dear Family Member / Visitor,
In order to provide safety to our residents and your loved ones during the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are implementing safety precautions per CMS / CDC / DPH and the Board of Health. New requirements / regulations have been coming out daily to inform us on precautionary measures. The latest update came out this morning, 3/14/20. I have attached the link if you are interested, Click Here
So Effective Today, 03/14/20, we are restricting visitors to Phillips Manor. Those allowed to visit are those who have loved ones that are on Hospice / End of Life. As a facility we are obligated to do whatever possible to maintain the safety and well being of your loved ones.
We are continuing our efforts to maintain a healthy environment with the protocols we have established.
-
Anybody coming into the facility must enter through the Front Door.
-
Visitors that meet the criteria, employees, vendors and practitioners will be asked questions and temperatures will be taken prior to any visitation and allowance onto our units.
-
if temperature is above 100 degrees Fahrenheit, you will not be permitted
-
If you answer yes to any of the questions, you will not be permitted.
-
If you are exhibiting any signs or symptoms of a cold or flu, you will not be permitted.
-
Residents will not be able to leave facility unless for an emergency situation.
We are sorry for any inconvenience; however your Loved One’s health and well-being is our primary concern. As new information comes out or restrictions are put forth, we will continue to communicate them to you on our website. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
